File Sharing Issue- Due To Infection

Unable to access shared drive gets error “Windows Cant access \\192.168.1.20”

n case of infection please follow below steps-

Please go to Run-Gpedit.msc- Windows settings- Security Settings- Select IpSecurity policies on local computer and remove any entry added in the list.

Again, right click on IpSecurity policies on local computer- Manage IP filters list and filter actions- Remove below entry from for both locations IP filter list and Ip filter action- save the changes.
